Website Design

Designed a new look and structure to the Synergo website based on client research, new quality content, strong UX component and a thoughtful story-telling component.

Marketing Strategy Direction

Conceived and created an overall Synergo marketing strategy based on seven marketing pillars: social media, SEM, SEO, email marketing, print materials, events/conferences and holistic customer service. Within the overall marketing strategy for the company, I created nine separate SBU strategies based off of each departments’ products and audiences. The goals included increasing current customer retention, expanding our reach within specific products and build upon Synergo’s reputation of being the most knowledgeable in the industry.

Content Creation

Creating a 98% of content for all marketing material and proposals. Content includes photography, videography, multimedia design, project proposals, client design collateral and internal communication material design.

Email Marketing Management

Currently manage Synergo’s email marketing system, with a strong focus on segmented audiences based on digital behavior such as website paths and psycho-demographics such as family influence potential.

SEM Strategy

Through our audience research, we were able to put together a strong keyword strategy based on creating brand awareness, industry awareness and building a consistent number of new leads each season.

Audience Research

Synergo is a complex company with seven different SBU marketing strategies; each targeted towards a different collection of target audiences. By performing market research (quantitive and qualitative) using audience audits, digital trends and even simple conversations, I was able to breakdown each audience to create detailed audience personas.

Digital Conversion & Intelligence Analysis

For all marketing efforts, we made sure to monitor and measure each tactic to not only show ROI but to also learn from our mistakes. Since Synergo is such a complex company, I implemented numerous conversion tracking/human intelligence strategies and systems through social platforms, Google Ads, Google Analytics an Google Tag Manager.

Social Media Strategy

Currently responsible for the management and multimedia design of all social media accounts for Synergo including Facebook, Google and Instagram. Beginning a larger effort to focus on LinkedIn, Vimeo and YouTube Spring of 2021.

Proposal Development

Partnered with executive leadership in producing project proposals for each department through print, digital and website-based channels.

Innovation & Operations

Currently serving on the Executive Team outlining overall company vision.

Conceived, developed, implemented and led change management efforts around a company-wide internal digital Enterprise System. This system includes software, structures and policies around organizational design, management style, project management software, asset and file management, a scheduling system and an internal CRM.

Created, developed and implemented a fully digital asset management system for Synergo’s commercial zip sites and clients.
