Lana’i Adventures
Built on the island of Lana’i in collaboration with Four Seasons Lana’i, Lana’i Adventures provides guests the opportunity to test their comfort zone through an aerial adventure course, quad ziplines, e-mountain bike tours and an intentionally-structured challenge course.

Strategy Roadmap Development
To prepare the incoming management for ongoing operations, I was asked to create a strategic roadmap outlining an operational path forward and including predictive models such as PEST analysis, industry landscape, digital trends affecting opening, SEM research, competitive analysis. From the strategic roadmap, I was able to create annual marketing campaign suggestions aided with monthly consultation.
Content Production/Creation
Responsibilities included initial collection of start-up photography, stock video shots, partner/internal training documentation, and various marketing collateral design.
Digital Tracking Implementation
To better track the granular behavior of guests, I established a conversion tracking system through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
Website Design & Management
As a partner to Four Seasons Resort Lana’i , the Lana’i Adventure Park required a complimentary and visually-inspiring website. I created a website with a strong focus on UX design, SEO, mobile optimization along with third-party reservation installations.
